Rates
$150 per night
$700 per week
$2500 per month
$50 nonrefundable deposit (Being a small business owner cancellations really affect scheduling
detroit vacation rentals and opportunities.) This reduces your balance paid in full day of check in.
$200 one time cleaning fee. If a light cleaning turnover service is desired during stay that can be set up for $125.
Check in 3pm Check out 11am (Don’t hesitate to contact for flexible check in and check outs we try to be as accommodating as possible but have to factor in cleaning in between stays.)
